Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
I just wanted to share this with everyone as it is a great alternative to antibiotics and really does the trick. It is about getting rid of sinus infections, which if you will research, are all mainly actually a fungal infection....especially true for those of us with candida, but also true in general. So taking an antibiotic is a double edged sword....and whenever you take an antibiotic you really need to take probiotics to stay in balance...but if you just go for the probiotics first....you won't need the antibiotics!
I say this from experience as I have cured myself of a bad sinus infection at least twice now by taking probiotics. I take large amounts until it's better.....and it really works. I had forgotten this recently as I was dealing with a nasty sinus infection by taking some herbs and tinctures, which were helping but not quite kicking it...then I remembered how well the probiotics worked for me before.....so took a bunch...and a couple of hours later I am feeling them in there eating up and cleansing out my sinuses.
Such a relief and so much better than taking an antibiotic and you don't need a doctor's visit/prescription!!
Try it and let me know what you think.

God is good thurs pm, dreamed "Lord, sure would be nice to go to PT again to get stronger. Next day Dr called with a referral, should start this week. Get this calf stronger right now when I walk around the house loose my balance easy, was 112 pounds off , was doing Zumba, 3 miles ea nite. now 13 pound gain nothing BUT this is temporary. and PT is a good gentle start. Whitedove thanks again
How is your stomach feeling with the 1 probiotic a day? I would think you would need 3 a day minimum for 6 weeks. 3 different antibiotics would have really done a number on your intestinal balance. And good luck. I have never been bitten by a dog but I still don't like most of them. My son was bit in the calf once, luckily it wasn't too bad.
Sorry you had to go through that. It is scary. Find a friend to walk with you.
peace.
Comment by Whitedove Apple on June 22, 2012 at 11:36am I NEVER have tummy issues but recently attacked by a dog and horrible gashes on my leg, it got infected & have had 3 different antibiotics to clear it up but now tummy is screaming. Some one blessed me with a box of probiotics, 1 a day but how long, should this be a staple or the 6 weeks supply be enough. Have put on 14 pounds after loosing 112, just sitting and stressing with pain, need to get out and walk but still in pain and frankly nervous about walking outside again, trying so hard to get over ":what if a dog gets near me again" I don't have a spirit of fear but love power & a sound mind. my spirit knows this, now got to convince body to go out thanks Whitedove
