I am going to do the Cleanse America again, I did so well the first time and then almost as soon as it was over I started eating like crap again and have been struggling ever since. I haven't posted here for a bit because I feel like all I post is negative and wanted to spare you all lol I keep totally self sabotaging myself and as of late I have honestly eaten more SAD food than raw :( So, I am hoping by doing the cleanse again I will be able to get back on track. So here's to all of you for being amazing!

I did the same thing, I did the 10 day cleanse and I was SO proud of myself for actually doing it all, even with challenges and temptations, and then afterwards I start craving Bread and potatoes and salty things and I've been eating junk, still vegan, just vegan junk food ever since and I'm frustrated with myself because on the raw foods and juices I felt so great and now I feel like the crap I've been shoveling in my mouth. But we are going to get back on track! We will make a plan and will decide to make good choices, for our physical health, our mental health and our emotional well being. We CAN do this!

Comment by Maria on June 17, 2012 at 10:56am You'll get back on track with the cleanse! My advice, ADD raw foods to your SAD diet instead of trying to remove bad foods, add good ones. It's a softer and less all or nothing kind of transition. If you have a pizza make sure it comes with a big salad etc. Your body might tell you after a while that it rather just have the big salad...
