5 THINGS TO ADD TO YOUR LIFE/CLEANSE YOUR SPIRIT

5 THINGS:

 

Drink cool refreshing spring water

Get 30 minutes of sunshine on as much of your skin as you can

Call someone and tell them how much you love them and why (then do the same to yourself)

Say words of affirmation to yourself that will build confidence

Run, walk, hoola hoop, hike, belly dance, skip, swim, play football, run a marathon or whatever you enjoy for exercise....just get out there and do it!

letting it be and give up that there is something wrong here (peace with what is)

I know some women that are high on life! Bette Bliss and Maureen Griffin! As I read through these today, I felt very much the feeling I get when I dive into the water.  Present, refreshed, free, alive, and happy.

Dive into water,

Be present,

Break free from all forms of bondage,

Seek refreshment,

Be refreshment for those around you.

Funny how all my time spent here at the hab, being super busy now passing health on to others, it all boils down here now to appreciation.

imagination and creativity bring their own amazing energy

struggles bring growth (yin yang , pos/neg)

two sides to every coin -

Yes to the RRP -rest retreat and pamper

lifesavers -hope and gratitude

PS gonna a write a book one day called "getting out of my own way" - actually doing this is in the real world (not the book) is my project for today. Back doing better. Thanks all.

Wishing relief for sore backs!

I love what you are doing here Bette and Maureen. I feel drawn to participate today. Here are 5:

Melt into observing a child's play and enjoy their magical imagination.

Choose to hold back from giving advise unless asked, remembering the blessings that come from struggle.

Rest, retreat, and pamper to care for yourself and recharge. (shining and polishing ourselves)

Journal prayers of gratitude.

Enjoy a hopeful book or film.

Ah, heres to sore backs.....I did a similar, lifted and carried something too heavy. Ouch and ouch! Hope it gets better Maureen!

Going for gratitude today(feeling quite under par across the board)

- getting out into the fresh air for a while at local market and bought greens seedlings. 

Made a good practical decision on a small purchase -one of my issues -indecisive!

Am able to be a bit more active today because the backache which I caused is improving

Can see my way forward thru an organisational issue which holds a lot of sentimental attachments for me

Have got the energy to ring a friend for a long overdue catch up -important

 

Gratitude beats procrastination and the drearies everytime!

Gardens are great -we have 2 sorts of kale, spinach, lettuce, romaine, beets, celery, celeriac, beans and peas and bok choy -oh my thats a few! Not all ready yet.

Friends are great -they get you

Nettles everywhere -yet to ty in smoothie!

Cars are great when they help make life easier

Happy to hear all Bette's work/school progress! (I had a 24 hr bug -nasty) so happy to be back on my feet today.
