5 THINGS TO ADD TO YOUR LIFE/CLEANSE YOUR SPIRIT

5 THINGS:

 

Drink cool refreshing spring water

Get 30 minutes of sunshine on as much of your skin as you can

Call someone and tell them how much you love them and why (then do the same to yourself)

Say words of affirmation to yourself that will build confidence

Run, walk, hoola hoop, hike, belly dance, skip, swim, play football, run a marathon or whatever you enjoy for exercise....just get out there and do it!

Sleep on a cool night with the slider wide open

Birdsongs in the morning (shut the slider..haha)

cool water on a hot day

walking and talking with a friend, solving the problems of the world (hehe)

Being ok as it is and as it is not!

Wiggling toes in the cool river water

breathing in the fresh aroma of woodland incense in the forest

watching the ducks swim effortly past, going with the flow

laying flat in the grass and cloud watching

being still, being with yourself        b-r-e-a-t-h--------

Yes, I need to add that to my cleansing vocabulary -swish, swish- (as in make a wish) and let it go!

Taking a deep breath! Yes!  I am doing it during sessions with clients, both with them and for my work with them. Gets one out of the head and intot he heart. Powerful stuff.

Oh I also say ~swish ~swish A LOT! Letting it go...... ahhhh!

Right now mine would be -taking a deep breath or two when challenged(need to do it quite often) but perhaps it's good to attach the thought - out with the old and in with the new!

I have been learning some EFT techniques in a group and one of the phrases that is often used is "I accept myself deeply and completely" which for me really encapsulates Debbie Ford's affirmation.

From there we find the strength to look at ourselves and prepare to release what holds us back from where we want to be..............releasing, relaxing, responding, resting, being resilient.....honoring ourselves.

Keeping the ball rolling........

Today for me it's juices, juicy fruits, lovely smells (gonna get some essential oil on a hankie and smell it!),

connection here and with like minded folk in my world and some uncooking -made some yummy seed nut cacao, date, vanilla , almond meal etc balls rolled in coconut.        Passing the ball on to you now....... :)
