I think I finally found my prefered Body Movement style. Hot Yoga!! For so long I have had trouble being excited about exercise and I never felt good before, during or after. With Hot Yoga, it is challenging but I feel so good that it is worth the effort. I sweat buckets but dont mind (that is saying a lot coming from me, someone with a sweat aversion) because the it is a break from the heat when you sweat. My body feels so wonderful and strong afterwards its like I am a different person!

I was afraid and self conscious at first. I am pretty overweight (needing to lose over 100lbs to be at ideal bmi) and my belly is big and watching myself in the mirror was really hard but as I go I am learning to accept my body and love it reguardless! Its hard not to when it feels so wonderful!

I cant wait to get back in the studio in the morning!

Yes!  AWESOME!!!!! I also fell in LOVE with hot yoga after years of not being friends with exercise.  It has been over 2 years for me now and the love affair is still going strong!  It just feels so so good.

Yes! You are filled with such enthusiasm! Don't forget this feeling, own it! Hot yoga is a challenge and it feels good to conquer them! Good job! :-)
