Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
I think I finally found my prefered Body Movement style. Hot Yoga!! For so long I have had trouble being excited about exercise and I never felt good before, during or after. With Hot Yoga, it is challenging but I feel so good that it is worth the effort. I sweat buckets but dont mind (that is saying a lot coming from me, someone with a sweat aversion) because the it is a break from the heat when you sweat. My body feels so wonderful and strong afterwards its like I am a different person!
I was afraid and self conscious at first. I am pretty overweight (needing to lose over 100lbs to be at ideal bmi) and my belly is big and watching myself in the mirror was really hard but as I go I am learning to accept my body and love it reguardless! Its hard not to when it feels so wonderful!
I cant wait to get back in the studio in the morning!
