Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

Ok..so did the juice at an all day meeting yesterday at work..so many were so concerned about the green drink in the bottle..when I told them what was in it one nurse aske why not just eat the veggies..I told her how many veggies ijuiced..I asked her how long it would take her to eat all of them...the people at work often poke fun at me bizarre food..at times it is different.but so am I..I educate them on the whys. Today I began thinking about my juicing future..where to go from here..what did I miss the most..normal dinners with my family..if that can describe it..but what about juicing breakfast and lunch..then having a sesible meal with my family..being complete is everything..what do youthink????

At my table, we all sit down for a meal, but there may be different things on our plates, we all have different diets that sometime meet up... Its a process, but atleast we can sit down together and feel loved.

Why not have a meal with your family?  It could be whatever you consider sensible or adapted for you personally.

Many people are interesting in learning things even if they make jokes.

hmmm a sensible meal with family? Not sure what that is...mostfood people eat is not sensible at all. Raw is sensible for sure.

Please dont lessen who and what you are for the comfort of others in the area of feeding your body!

Sit down with the family and have your food with them just make yours raw!

Hi Ambur, just had to contribute to the "what non raw people think and say" segment.

My 19 year old daughter took her green smoothie for the first time to her workplace. She is a trainee in an Arts Centre. She gets on well with her coworkers in their late twenties. We are in Australia so the comment was "What's with the pondscum? "(joke of course). Emma explained what it was but she only got as far as saying spinach and they said - that will do! Wish I'd been there and could have said

"This scum is great. Want some?"

Edja-cashon's gotta start somewhere!

As far as your dailymenu goes, I guess it depends what your aims and preferences are because fruit or a great smoothie would also be a nice lunch and then a meal at night together if that's really possible these days. I usually make whatever for the family and while its cooking make my salad or - whatever I feel like having. It's not too too hard and you'll get used to it.

Maybe you could do some sprouting and even the kids might get interested. Dara Dubinet just put a vid up on youtube about it.

Cheers.
