Family can see all the time, effort, and production that goes into juicing, smoothies, and salad making. How can we show them a simple yet delicious weekly menu that satisfies, and is quick and easy to prepare?
So far I have Romaine Taco's; frozen fruit smoothies; Michelle K.'s Raw Teriyaki Stir Fry; Carrot/apple juice (still a bit overwhelming looking to prep/clean/dry/reassemble)
I had great success eating raw because of my "magic box" of raw treats including chia seeds, cacao powder, tea, dates, raw nuts, nutritional yeast, dried berries, coconut oil, sea salt, agave, and liquid Vanilla Creme Stevia.
