The beautiful Adirondack National Park in upstate New York was a fabulous location for this retreat! I had a great time being fully immersed in a low-fat, raw foods, vegan, active, educational, and fun envirnoment! It was truly easy to be raw this week. I love my Vitamix and use it daily. The only thing that I would change about it is the noise level on the highest speed. Now there is a model of Vitamix that is supposed to be 40% quieter! It is more expensive so I will have to start a piggy bank for it!

Do baby steps get you anywhere or make a difference? Consider that each day is a baby step toward a year. A leaky faucet dripping only 1 drop per minute, for a year, wastes about 34 gallons of water.
Consider the key words "Increase the percentage of.." to take baby steps, such as:

Increase the number of positive, successful, uplifting people in your life, and you will notice that the quality of your life will dramatically improve.
Decrease time and attention spent on negative, aggressive, passive-aggressive, fearful, or doubting people, and you will spare yourself drama, fatigue, and emotional pain. It's ok to love them from a safe distance.
