Started the day with water with lime. Switched off to a carrot,apple giner kale juice. Moved on to a green powder water with lime. Then I had a salad. went to the store (GRRRRR) bought chips and they had a dip that they rarely have and I bought it and had chips and dip.
Bag home more greenpowder and water and 2 clementines. Dinner-salad with gaucamole and greenpowder drink with lime. yes I have a bunch of limes to use up LOL.

Woke up and had a pecan milk hot chocolate pecans.cacoa,vanilla,1 date pinch sea salt. Stomach rebelled (never can have nut milks :( ) I normally have a cup of hot chocolate as we open gifts. This one was not hot but tasted close to the real thing.

Twas the night before Christmas

Today started with a slightly different smoothie with blueberries and strawberries and banana added to the spinach. Oh and lemon. No green powder in it today.

I start my raw for 30 days tomorrow. No today is not a good day to start. Started the day with the usual smoothie and threw out half of it. I am not in the mood for smoothies anymore. What to do? I really didn;t want to go the grain route but I need to have something for breakfast.(sprouted oat groats maybe)

Lunch salad yeppers the same old salad BUT I made a tomato,olive hemp oil dressing with italian spices YUM
