But they don't eat raw food!

My sister watches me make my foods when I visit occasionally tasting as I force it on her. Today she had a request.

Please bring some chocolate Euphoria and strawberries to make banana strawberry icecream with chocolate drizzeled on it. (I had to laugh).

Oh and could you please give me your recipe for guacomole.

She also informed me she is eating kale everyday and if I needed some when I came this weekend she had plenty.

Day 10 No Nuts,seeds or grains

Morning-Smoothie-spinach,orange,berries,chlorella

snack orange

lunch-big bowl of mixed greens(kale,romaine) with sliced veggies oil and ACV

snack 2 bananas I was out and hungry but did pass up all the Easter candy screaming at me to eat it. Darn chocolate bunnies,no wonder I eat the heads first!

Made an avocado chocolate pudding and consumed half of it.

Yes I had dessert BEFORE dinner LOL

Day 8 No nuts,seeds or grains

Breakfast-smoothie-spinach,orange,chlorella,berries

lunch-whole foods with my son. A fantastic salad with fresh guacomole,and salsa. Accompanied by a berry smoothie (made fresh at the stoe)

dinner-Left over Penni's Resovle to Evolve Teryaki (this stuff is awesome)

water water water oh and did I say water?

Yes I am doing a second week this way. Will post pounds dropped since last Monday tomorrow.

Day 7 No Nuts, grains or seeds (yes I am a day behind posting since I am not at home)

Started the day with my favorite smoothie-spinach,orange,berries and chlorella

snack-orange

lunch-Michelle K's(in the Culinary room) Not Fried Rice

dinner-Kale salad with fresh guacomole (yum)plus  tomatoes,cucumbers

 

water and lemon water throughout the day.

It has been interesting eating this way. I have no cravings. I sleep well.

lunch- Penni's terryacki recipe with cauliflower rice (AWESOME)

snack-apples,celery with cinnamon

Dinner- still eating that giant bag of salad I made Bill Barlow style. Made an italian dressing

leftover strawberry banana ice cream with drizzled Chocolate euphoria.

Day 5 No Nuts,grains or seeds.

Water

Smoothie-spinach,orange,berries,chlorella water

lunch-a bag of salad and a banana I was on the road

Dinner a Bill Barlow salad from the pot with an oil and ACV dressing

Dessert- strawberry banana ice cream with chocolate drizzeled on it (Chocolate Euphoria)

 

I made a few dishes while I was here and they are marinading in the fridge.

Lost 4 lbs since starting on Monday!!!

Day 4 No Seeds,nuts or grains

Breakfast-yep the same smoothie it works I like it. Orange,spinach,chlorella, mixed berries (no strawberries today).

Snack-orange

Lunch romaine salad with veggies and O&V dressing

snack apple clery cinnamon raisens

got home and you guessed it. I licked a few spoons of that chocolate euphoria.

Dinner a romaine based salad with a guacomole topping

I like to put my fat at the end of the day it helps me get fuller and sleep better.

Day 3 Nut,Seed and Grain less with dessert picture

Breakfast same old smoothie LOL-spinach,chlorella,strawberry,berries,orange

snack orange

lunch-salad with olive and ACV

went to Costco and didn't taste anything until I got to the fish and had one small sample so I knew the family would like it. (normally I taste most of the samples)

Had an orange on the way home.

Made a salad with romaine and radishes with zucchin and had a tomato basted dressing.

For dessert OMG!!!! I had a banana, strawberry ice…

One week of No Nuts, seeds or grains!

This week I will not be eating any nuts. No seeds or grains either. It seems that ever dish I make has nuts in it and I would like to cut that expensive out of my budget for at least a week.

I need to get with the program!!! I will be in the next initiative!!!! I will be able to get some more exercise.

I am starting OT for both my elbows this week and will be having a question bunion looked at.

Last year my right elbow with tennis elbow took me out of all my YMCA classes…
