Last Day of Cleanse :)

Today was the last day of the 28 day cleanse, Some things I learned :) 1. Green Drinks are a wonderful nutrient dense drink full of minerals and vitamins and give you wonderful energy, you actually start to crave them :) I actually had already been drinking a quart a day for a while but just sayin...Smoothies are wonderful and filling, I would actually add lower glycemic fruits more hemp seeds,chia seed,flax seeds, flax oil and or hemp oil, and most of all more greens to the smoothies...All in… Continue

Beckoning the Warrior Within Video WOW!

On November 30th I watched a video that Penni had posted on "Beckoning the Warrior Within," I knew in my "knower" that it was time to do a juice feast/smoothie feast for this girl! No more excuses! Decision made, tomorrow Dec 1st I would begin the detox.
