So.... these past several weeks have been nothing shy of, um, wild. In a good way. We've been busy at work getting our house ready to go on the market. Up until May 2nd, we were busting tail! As soon as it sells, we are moving from AR to PA. Wow. Big jump, big leap of faith, but we're excited.

So, my mother went into the hospital with a really bad UTI. The infection sent her blood sugar to well over 500 which led to DKA and much more I won't even go into. Ok. So, my husband was going to Memphis (about an hr from here) and while he was going to be there anyway, he offered to stop at Whole Foods. So, I gave him a list, on which I had Tamari. He told me he was in a hurry in the store and accidently got fresh turmeric, and a lot of it. lol. I('ve never cooked with it. Any ideas?
