My wife says I can consume anything because sometimes I just drink it. I tell her, "In thirty seconds it will be gone and I'll get all the nutrients and vitamins from it. Then, I just won't make it again."

If you have been reading anything about my blog you know that I have been doing this juicing (without pulp) with my husband where we can juice as MUCH as we want and I add in 3 meals a week and he adds in 4 meals a week. Plus 1 night (date night) we give ourselves a night to go out and have some drinks if we want to.

January 17, 2013 ... my experience so far with our modifed juice fasting/eating.
My husband and I are on a modified juice fasting life time kind of program. For today and until we hit our more ideal weight we each can choose to eat 3 meals a week for me and 4 meals a week for him while juicing the rest of the time and in any amounts we want to.

Trying To Change My Life.
I started my new life style yesterday,
I juiced & I'm going to see if I can lose weight by just living on juicing.

Struggling

Started back on High Raw today...
It has taken three weeks longer than I thought but Today is the day.
My sweet sister's surgery was a success and I have been home a week today, got the house in order, lots of veggies and some fruit and lots of raw nuts laid in and today I am totally pigging out on nuts and raw dehydrated cherries and soaked pumpkin seeds so far for breakfast and lunch. Tuning In
During Cleanse America, I approached the whole thing like a science experiment. Part of that was weighing myself daily to monitor what was going on. Surprisingly, I was able to stay objective about it and I actually made some good observations, like, the fact that I lost 5 pounds and did NOT gain it back when my cycle hit.

Hi there my RFR friends! I am back to high Raw starting Tuesday the 17th...

Strayed away/Weight Watchers

I haven' been on here for over a month! And yes, I have to admit I was eating some cooked food. I was mostly raw then I got a stomach virus which had me afraid to eat. Then I only trusted cooked food (I haven't had any meat!) so I've been a vegetarian.

Post Detox Depression
I am coming off of my first detox and I have to say the effects are extreme. I am still experiencing a deep cleansing even thought I have been eating my usual diet for the last two days. It was so nice to salt my food again. I did not realize how much I was over salting everything. Now a pinch is just heavenly. I really missed my cacao too. 1 week raw and down 8.5 lbs.!
Very thrilled to report that I've lost 8.5 pounds my first week raw! There's nothing like a good start to help confirm that you've made the right choice for weight loss and health... it encourages me a lot.
