A Realization About My Appetite/Desire For Cooked Foods

I had a realization about myself this morning that I thought I would share with you all because it might help you too.  Well, maybe you already knew this about yourself from the beginning--but it's taken me until today to realize this particular thing about myself at this point in my journey.

Keeping it simple ~ keeping it fresh :)

 I've been learning a lot about my myself and my body during this initiative  :)

Quite simply ~ I really like to keep it simple! It seems that's what my body likes best now, it has ever since I started eating a high raw diet last year. It's done me a world of good and I've never felt better. So for me ~ simple works...

Yikes! Has it been THAT long already?

Ok.

I haven't been here in awhile.

I'm still juicing away daily...or...almost daily.

And blending--I love to blend! (It's so EASY!)
