10 Un-cooking ideas to add to a family weekly menu.

1. Mono Meals. Large amounts of single type of fruit or veggie eaten until satisfied; such as, 16 oranges, a whole watermelon, several mangos, a head of romaine, many kale leaves, apples, carrots,  or  a bunch of bananas. Mono meals are great for traveling, keeping on a budget, and make simple college dorm meals!

2. Green Smoothies with at least 50% greens such as spinach, kale or romaine lettuce.
