My first blog...wow! I am usually less than excited to write...most times I would rather just make a video, however I am ready to change, so bring it on. I just secured my space in the Weight Room and the Vault for the final 11-week initiative: Raw Balance. I am ecstatic because I am ready to continue the wonderful changes that eating more raw foods will make in my life. Plus I know that this will help me balance the many other facets in my life.
