I have been VERY busy detoxing these last 9 months. I have reversed my hypothyroidism and have been off my Armour Thyroid medication for 30 days. This is SO exciting after 20+ years of fighting a balance with my thyroid meds. I have also re-grown a good deal of my hair after dealing with very thin hair since 2000. Since I last wrote, I have been following my doctor's suggestions to treat my adrenal/hypothyroid/autoimmune issues. She assured me that my raw foods diet was quite excellent, yet she asked me to add to my diet:

• 'warming broths' to my diet (I am using organic vegetable broths from Trader Joe's..and also warming up green juices)-to these I add steamed squash or raw carrots.
