Foraging, how to rent from an online library app, raw yum

Made a huge green soup today :). I uploaded it to pictures here. I have been great at keeping the kitchen tidy here. It is SO WONDERFUL to have a dishwasher.....oodles and oodles of time saved from back when I tried to do this the first time. The kitchen is actually perpetually clean because I just clean as I go and it's really easy. I use an empty spinach container sometimes to collect big piles for the compost so I don't have to keep running out there.

This blog is mostly an outlet for me to adjust to the new choices I have decided to make in my life. I am more concerned with gaining some self discipline on this voyage. I won't even front. I have been here a few times. I believe this time will be different. S many amazing things have taken place in my life. I think the time is right. Now.

Mother's day

I had a really fun day even though I didn't get to see either of my children. My son and daughter both texted me and expressed their love. I spent the day with my Mom and we had a really fun time. We went thrift store shopping and I found so much cool stuff! We also went out to eat and enjoyed that. It was quality Mother and daughter time. I hope all the mothers here had an amazing day! :)

Spring romance/breakups, Natural way to make pores smaller, updates :)

Things have been going pretty well. Family stuff is sorted out for the most part, thank goodness! On The Road Again

Today I am off to Milwaukee to go to a graduation party over the weekend.  I am planning on maintaining high raw and vegan during my stay down there.  Those of you who read my 30 Days 100% Raw blog posts know that I learned that planning is key when it comes to eating raw on the road and last time I didn't do that very well.

Hiking is ON this year!

I'm saving money right now so it makes a lot of activities suddenly very expensive.  So I started hiking two weekends ago, been on 2 hikes so far and I am going again saturday.  It's so wonderful to get out in the mountains, away from the city and spend some time sweating.

just made the weirdest green smoothie!!

It's a cold grey day here in England, and I wanted something warm to have for my lunch, so I made up some coconut milk with a big-ish chunk of coconut dissolved in hot water. Enemas?

I've been trying to get as much info as I can about at home enemas. It's a touchy subject for me but I'm intrigued by the health benefits they can bring. From what my holistic doctor said and from what I've read, all disease begins in the colon. I was on a gluten free diet before going raw this time. Day 4 of mostly juicing, 10 pounds down !!!!

Well, today is day 4 of my 30 days of mostly juice and I'm 10 pounds down. Yeah, yeah, I know its probably all water, but, 10 pounds, is still 10 pounds less on the scale. I was going to do all juice for 30 days, but found I couldn't afford it, so I added apples and oranges. struggling with my weight

good morning to all of you!! Well, I got on the scale this morning and was really alarmed to see that I gained 6 pounds in one week!!! EEEEEKKKK!!! I have to admit that I haven't been 100% raw....i've nibbled on some naughty things like granola this week...but still!! Overall I feel that I've been tightening up on my eating, although I can do way better with only having 3 meals and not snacking in between. Water fasting

Did a one day water fast on saturday. As a start up for my 3 day water fast that started today at midnight. Within my 3 day water fast, I will begin to also start on doing enemas to give my colon the extra help to be cleansed. After my water fast I am going to start my 28day 100% raw food journey. For the past few days I was able to afford to add about 70% uncooked greens into my diet.

Question on fiber supplements(psyllium husk)

I bought this stuff from Dr. Natura a few years ago before eating raw. Wondering what to do with it? Wondering if I should just take it and use it up or just get rid of it? It is out of the date for being good but I know alot of times things are good past those dates...it is basically a fiber supplement. Abundance Awaits

I've been stressed about money recently because since we moved my access to reliable childcare has gone down so I haven't been working enough. Several people I know are also dealing with financial crises so that is adding to the ambient fear around financial stuff.
