Last week I went to a Christmas party and ate cooked food. The worst part was that I had lots of dessert! Just bought some wheat grass powder from Frontier Herbs. It was not expensive,like $9 for a pound- doesn't really taste that great but so easy to put into the morning green smoothie. I am starting to get to the point of " Is it palatable?" when I do my smoothies.
