There are a few things I find really tough when trying to stay raw....when my son orders pizza, when he makes toast, when I smell movie popcorn. When it comes to pizza and toast, I just dont go there if you know what I mean, better not to get started. Besides I am home with excellent alternative yummies.

I made some delicious tomato bruschetta for dinner tonight. What should I do with it? I don't think it would be that great on a salad, but I'd be willing to try it. Any other ideas? I don't have any chips, sadly.

ok, so i'm pretty sure i'm going to join the vault this time around--i mean how could i not? it sounds awesome! i also find enthusiasm sooo contagious, so the fact that so many people are so exzcited for it gets me excited too.

I really enjoyed being in the vault this past initiative. I didn't lose what I wanted, but I lost some. I enjoyed the accountability part believe it or not(even when I gained). I guess it's being able to be honest without feeling judged. I'm looking forward to the next initiative, and hopefilly better weight(loss) next time

A client free day today so am torn between working in the office and
getting out in the garden where the sun has come back out after a wet
Day began with my usual green juice and then by the
time I had caught up on chores and did some work in the office it was
time for lunch al fresco. Mine was a small greek salad - toms,
cucumber, black olives, herbs and olive oil. Hubby's was chinese lamb
served with squash, brocolli and sesame seeds.
My Garden Kale is doing wonderful.. with the hot weather it's time to pick and make kale chips.. Does anyone know How long kale chips last.. if kept in airtight container?? I have about 8-10 kale plants and want to stock up on kale chips. I also have big zuchini My son Left it on the plant while my husband and I were gone.. I took one this evening and chopped it up add some flax seed ground, piece of red bell pepper and garlic and little onion, Ground it up and made dolops on the dehydrator…
