Good day all!

Surgery
Not knee replacement (yet), but the doc wants to scope my knee and "clean it up a bit." I'm waiting on pins and needles to hear from the nurse; they had to call my insurance company to OK this in advance. I can't imagine they'd deny it, especially since I've already done Synvisc (which they didn't want to pay for, thank you very much for nothing) and physical therapy (twice). It's probably just as well I didn't hear back today; I really should check my work schedule and see where I can take…

My 30 day RAW start date wil be April 1st and I am NOT fooling. Getting ready.
I have been giving this a lot of thought and April has 30 days so that is when I will start. This gives me time to PLAN. Remember if you fail to plan you plan to fail. How many of us are guilty of this (raises hand).
I want to plan desserts well yes they are important!!! Then I will plan the rest of my meals around them LOL.

I enjoyed a few raw foods yesterday, rather than just juice. It was yummy but I think too much fat was involved. I need to remember a serving size of avocado is not 1 1/2 and a serving size of olive oil is NOT 1/4 cup!
