Dr's Appointment--Success!! :). And Raw Lessons I learned today.

Went to the doctor and my doctor is on my side.  She thought everything I was saying was totally logical and balanced, and she supports my decision to do this dietary lifestyle.  So relieved and so happy.

the scariest for me with indulging in a raw food diet is coming up with the recipes to stay consistent and learning how to go into the store and gather the produce needed to create amazing meals.

Doing Better :)

Things since my last entry have been much better--not perfect, but definitely better.  My boyfriend and I had a long talk (I wish it could be all the things I imagine when I think of, "long talk," but we don't seem capable), and I feel like I finally got through to him and we came to some sort of resolution.  He hasn't been bothering me in mornings about what to remember since.  He's asked maybe one question, and it was relevant because we have the constant threat of snow-storms canceling…

Well, my paxil weaning is over. My body doesn't seem to be able to function at a high level with less than 30mgs, which is a small dose. I was hoping to be free of meds but if I can't function on my job and if I'm SNAPPY with my family, what's the point. So for now, its back to 30 mgs a day.

Day 2 using my NutriBullet!

I just LOVE my Nutribullet! No Wast of the left overs no more! I know it is only starting day 2 with it BUT I do not like the way things get heated up due to the 'friction' of everything being broken down to the higher intake of the nutrition things hold. My wife says I can consume anything because sometimes I just drink it.  I tell her, "In thirty seconds it will be gone and I'll get all the nutrients and vitamins from it. Then, I just won't make it again."

Bad Morning.
