Is the pasteurized version of soursop as effective as fresh. I live in Huntsville AL and I am pretty sure we do not grow those fresh I have found a frozen pasteurized version and was curious about it. What are the other healing or medical benefits of this great fruit?

Wow--I tell you guys, wow. I don't know why this is, but for the last week or two, I haven't felt cold at all. And it's the dead of Winter here in Michigan (well, we are having a really off year weather-wise, but let's just say 2 or 3 days ago, it was negative something outside. Yeah, that's right. Hi all....well I moved...its a nice warm place and I cant complain :)..however the job that I got has gone...I set up all the Social media advised as to what to do..wasnt really listened to re asking for campaigns and the need for teamwork... and my web editor wasnt communicating with me well...anyhow...they took all I advised and everything I knew....then got someone else in and hired an outside agency to do it, and I was fired !....nice eh ?...so I am back on the dole.
I didn't blog yesterday because I was an idiot and hurt myself. I apparently thought it would be a great idea to kick the wall and almost break my toe. Man did that hurt. The past couple of days I have not been really hungry. I am so glad I did this little challenge, my body is seriously happy with me right now. So what did I have to eat the past couple of days:

My fridge (normally for beer) is green allll green and some beautiful colors of reds and orange.
Started my juice on 114.7kg and now 109.4kg. I love the miracle thats coming out of my juicer.

I am so proud of my husband. He weigh himself a few days ago and had lost 11 pounds so far and more even so now.
Today he is going to start adding in a least 1 regular meal a day and he might start adding in 2 meals while continuing to juice the rest of the day.
I'm still sticking to the 3 meals a week until I get to goal but I got to say, I am so happy that this has been working for us and now, at least one of us, is starting to transition and my day will come…Continue

We are still in a cold snap here in Minnesota and it is not fun at all. Today I had a pretty good day... it was date night with my husband. I am finding that I am craving some cooked food, but not the kind of food I would have craved before I started doing this. Nothing momentous about this day, except I have decided to become accountable for how I take care of myself. I am taking a course in Nutrition every Saturday morning and, coincindentally, the first full session of that class starts in one hour. I had a hard time getting my act together today. I don't know what it was, well I do have a theory. We got a new white noise sleep CD and I had such a hard time waking up.
