Hi RFR,
Well, my paxil weaning is over. My body doesn't seem to be able to function at a high level with less than 30mgs, which is a small dose. I was hoping to be free of meds but if I can't function on my job and if I'm SNAPPY with my family, what's the point. So for now, its back to 30 mgs a day.

Hi RFR,
I am continuing to wean from paxil. I'm down to 17.5 mgs. I started at 30 mgs 3 months ago. I have had NO negative side effects to speak of.
Still eating very high raw, about 90%, vegan 99.5%, but I did have veal parm at a Christmas party last Friday.
Today, I started to walk again. I did 1.5 miles. This program suggested that you not exerise unless you already were active but I just can't stand the feeling of my gut being on my lap…
