Thanks for your comment... my PC crashed so i was out of touch for a few days... it's running slowly at the moment while i try to put it back together... i do follow Shazzie, i have visited her website a few times and i watch her videos on Fitness TV, I recently came across Russell James and i must say, i find his work quite interesting... as for the others, i am not sure if i have come across them as i subscribe to so many, i will check when i have some time. Happy Foraging! :))
