has anyone actually experienced a decrease in their need for sleep since being raw?

I personally have not found myself to need less sleep, but it's been one month since I re-started the raw diet. 

Gaining muscle and raw food

I used to eat 150 grams of protein, weight lift very heavy, and eat lots of meat. 

I gained 30 lbs of muscle fast. 

I am curious if anyone has tips on gaining muscle on raw? 

Not enough calories and feeling really full

I am curious, how can I be 90-100% raw vegan and consume 2500 calories or more (ideally). 

In the morning I've started eating large green smoothies with kale and some fruits (usually pears, apples, and or cantaloupe). The green smoothie leaves me very full-- a few hours later I need to eat again. I eat but find most fruits leave me stuffed but not really full-- or I feel full for a short amount of time.

You may want to

 incorporate some Raw Juices,

 to get in enough calories.

After awhile your cells and body get feed well.

And all will start to balance out.
