I am working on a blog and book, and am looking for people who have had amazing success with raw/vegan diets.
Anyone able to help me find people who would be willing to do a short interview for me to document on my blog and in the book?
I am curious, how can I be 90-100% raw vegan and consume 2500 calories or more (ideally).
In the morning I've started eating large green smoothies with kale and some fruits (usually pears, apples, and or cantaloupe). The green smoothie leaves me very full-- a few hours later I need to eat again. I eat but find most fruits leave me stuffed but not really full-- or I feel full for a short amount of time.
