I'm finding the internet a great place to learn, about raw foodism.
I'm looking for moral support, and learn from other peoples experiences.

Katherine~page 2. I joined RFR inOctober. And the accountability and the support from this site has helped me to make the decision to go back to 100% raw. I have been 100% raw since Christmas. My husband joined me in January and I was able to release the 20 pounds that I had gained back from eating cooked vegetables, and chips and now it has become a part of my lifestyle. So to date I have released 71#s, I think I have released 30# so far this year. And now we are in the process of converting our home to help others on their journey to health and wholeness. I hope you have a Rawkin' 4th of July!
Katherine~I am glad to "hear" that your ear is not giving you pain. My journey to healthy weight has been over aa two year period. I started with green smoothies two years ago in February, and my friend shared raw food with me in April, in May we became Raw food chefs, and in June we started teaching classes. In July I went 100% raw. In September, my dad was diagnosed with a very agressive cancer and my parents moved in with us, under Hospice care, during this time frame it was very challenging so I reverted to raw and vegan "cooked" food. I did not have the energy to make food. My dad passed away in November and it took me over a year to go back to 100% raw.
Katherine~Today is my last day of 40 day juice/soup feast/fast. I am looking forward to chewing some raw food tomorrow. I hope your ears have leveled off now, that you are consuming smoothies and raw food. It does take a while for dairy to clear out of the body.
Don't cut yourself too short of the healthy fats, #1 they are needed for your hormones to function properly, #2 avocado is very good in getting the bad cholesterol out of the body. Here's to a healthier YOU!!! RAW it does a body, mind, soul and spirit good!!!
Katherine~I am so excited!!! I have recently released a total of 70#s and the bonus is that I have finally achieved the normal BMI!!! I am glad to hear that things are going pretty well for you. That is interesting that your ear plugs up when you eat cooked food. It must make the food just a bit acidic for your body. I use to get clogged up with dairy. Have you had problems with your ears in the past? I have had 11 tubes put in my right ear. My body definitely had issues with dairy in the past.
