Hi everyone, this coming January on the 12 and the 13 there will be a health and wellness expo in my local city. I was asked to be a speaker there (this will be my first time) in the kitchen, where I will have 30-45 minutes to prepare a few things, and talk about the nutrient content or what have you (not too sure at the moment).

Hi everyone! I would say that I was definitely in the mood for some (raw) mac n cheese last night, I'm pretty sure that I was craving it! And I got to say that it was very delicious :)
The cheese was very creamy and rich, I could just honestly eat the cheese straight from the container I love it so much! Making cheese is my favorite thing for any recipe whether it`s cheesy kale chips or mac n cheese, or just making it as a dip with some veggies :)
Alright, so as we may or may not know, one of the biggest concerns if you are vegetariab/vegan/raw is vitamin B12 as it is one of the hardest vitamins to get in these diets. Well the other day at my work, I was speaking with one of the workers who does live blood analysis and core treatments, and I told her that I was interested in getting a live blood analysis done to see if I was lacking in vitamin B12.
