Hi,I was just reading other people"s postings,as they were stating that when they fell off the wagon,that they automatically think"oh well i blew it,so lets have a SAD pity party"because our minds,just seem to think "oh we blew it,just start over tomorrow,and then the viious cycle begins.A lady named Kelly whom posted the kind of same feelings as I am having,feeling,going thru,and she said she got to start planning,so I am gonna luv you"s and leave you"s,and start prepping and preparing…

One thing Tony Horton is ALL about is modifying the moves, take a break when YOU need to and do as much as YOU can do!! I am only on day 2 and I am loving his style. Take the plunge....don't hold yourself up to anyone elses standards....DO YOUR PERSONAL BEST! Let me know what you decide!!

We have to get together I've been making my smoothies, fruit leathers and juicing fruits and vesterables but I'm not much of a "cook" so I haven't tried to make any raw dishes and I've been having a very hard time finding some of the things in the recipes. I have been going to Market basket and hannafords, shaw have a great organic for the odds and ends. I just really need some one on one help,lol! I'm still a Newbie!

Thanks for adding me as a friend, Jill. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, ½ teaspoon vanilla if you like, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
