Today is the day! I am finally going to put my new dehydrator to work. I have oodles of ripe Hachiya persimmons that I am want to make into a fruit leather. Hachiyas are the type of persimmon that you ripen until it becomes jelly-like and gooey. So, slicing is not an option!
