I really need a system of accountability outside of myself to help to keep me on track. Having a support system where I can report on a daily or weekly basis what my food intake has been would really be quite helpful!

Dehydrating Hachiya Persimmons-Pulp is Too Thin!-Can anyone advise Me? This is my first dehydrating project!!

Hi Y'all,  

Today is the day!  I am finally going to put my new dehydrator to work.  I have oodles of ripe Hachiya persimmons that I am want to make into a fruit leather.  Hachiyas are the type of persimmon that you ripen until it becomes  jelly-like and gooey.  So, slicing is not an option!   But, now that I am in the midst of prepping the pulp, I realize that the pulp is awfully liquidy. I need Help~Lost 15 lbs. week one - feeling happy but weak & tired!

Yes, I am both pleased and shocked by these figures. I felt a little

lighter the first few days, but have had episodes of vertigo almost

every day since then, and have been quite weak and shaky much of the

time. I talked to my naturopath and he said to increase my protein
