Going low glycemic for candida. High raw still. Would it be helpful for people to hear about it here? I am working on meal plans but they are not 100% raw (all vegan and gluten-free).
So far, breakfasts are chia pudding. Then green juice and some crackers. Then dinners are salads (with avocado!), some cooked veggies and perhaps some cooked beans.

I am feeling rather frustrated or rather confused maybe. I think I just need more guidance or less reading of other thing on the internet that confuse me. I am trying to be very close to 100% raw, with some steamed veggies or baked sweet potato as a transitional meal once a day, very small compared to the other raw part. Happy New Year everyone. I am still raw although I started before the holidays, and it was a good excuse not to go crazy for holiday junk food. I feel like it's the right path for now. Sometimes I've needed goals for how long to stay raw, so I decided to stay all raw until I have to travel then I might give myself a little wiggle room. That won't be for a few weeks if not longer.
