- 66, Chostaw and Irish, Christian, 4 kids,10 grands and 3 gr grand kids. hubby a trucker out of work right now. been doing raw 3-4 days a week lost 30 pounds since Sept . With him out of work dont get much fresh from food bank but patience will work it out. doing healthy fresh as much as we can. Absolutley love feeling great and energy It is great to see scale going down.I am an artist also. hang in folks . and you meet so many people at raw potlucks Whitedove

- MORAL for sure and recipes, fitness tips, have issues with back pain and give up so easy because I get so tired
