Sometime around May 1st (about 2-3 weeks into my new 811 diet) I took my fasting blood sugar reading... it was 101 which is barely pre-diabetic, but still I was a bit surprised. I am putting together material for Raw Food classes that I plan to hold at the local YMCA. Everyone is different, and all I know is what has helped and worked for me.
