My family, friends, animals,spirituality, nature, wildlife, the environment are all very important to me.
But I would love to be healthy and have more energy to enjoy them more.
I am trying to psyche myself up and organise weekly menus, recipes etc so that I can fit it in with my lifestyle and leave little room for error and the excuse to grab a quick unhealthy meal. I have been Veggie/Vegan for about 20 years now though I occasionally eat fish for but I am happy to give that up and go as raw vegan as I possibly can.
I will continue to log in here to find inspiration and the moral support that I need to keep me going.
I also like to meditate and I practice Reflexology and Angelic Reiki, another reason to look and feel good and promote healthy living.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
I am hoping to give and receive moral support, I know very little about raw foods but what I have read and seen looks awesome and rings so true with me.

Hi Viv! Actually, I'm not doing so good... I've fallen off the raw food wagon. I know, it's terrible! :( I really want to get back on it, because in all honesty, I really feel like crap. I admit that when I was doing it before I felt a bit light-headed and loopy, but not doing it at all, I feel really heavy and sickly. So I'm hoping to start on a raw journey again, except this wasn't like a bump in the road, it was more like... A speed trap or a detour through crazy back roads.

I'm not eating enough food I'm pretty sure of it:( Had fast food the yesterday and thought I was going to DIE ...Oh Viv.....
