- About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
- I have 3 sons, a grand daughter, and one cat. Am originally from TX, but retired from the Air Force and have traveled all over - currently living in MD. After retiring from the Air Force I attended seminary and received a Master of Divinity Degree in Christian Ministry. I love traveling, flea mkts & thrift shops, retreats, animals, new adventures and seeing God at work in everyday moments and participating with Him as He allows me to be a vessel of service. I have struggled w/ eating issues for years; my goal is to become healthier through a raw vegan lifestyle and by increasing my level of physical activity.
- How did you hear about Raw Food Rehab?
- I was part of the first RFR 'experiment' and was led there by a Divine Appointment!
- What percentage of your current diet would you estimate is raw foods? (this answer many change over time)
- 50%
- How are you hoping this community can best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc)
- I need the support of a community because I've tried to do this alone and have failed miserably! I enjoy learning from others; the support; ideas; new recipes; fellowship of like-minded friends; to encourage and be encouraged.

I am so grateful to those of you who posted birthday wishes on my wall and i have now received these blessing today almost 6 months later, i havent been on because i lost my links on my pc system and am now able to return.. Truth be told till today i didnt received a birthday wish till now, my family even forgot it was my birthday and i didnt even know that good people were wishing me well this whole time! Iam extremely Grateful! and i know i am loved and i am thankful for you all! please forgive my tardiness and as of now i will make myself at home here as i enter my very own rawfoodrehad story! many blessings!
