I am absolutely thrilled. In the last week I've had numerous people tell me how tan I look. And guess what? I haven't spent any time in the sun! (just walking to and from my car :). I've read that carotenoids in veggies are responsible for the natural glow I'm experiencing. I went raw about a month ago, with a days of slips (and i woke up swollen and sluggish the next day both times, yuck). Overall, I feel and look fantastic :) yay! Has anyone else experienced this dramatic change?

Behcets disorder & raw foods

Hello- Does anyone have any helpful information on behcets and raw foods?  or autoimmune disorders and raw foods for someone who is suffering very badly and really needs help?  Regular doctors and RXs are doing absolutely nothing.  I would really love any information that can be passed my way.
