Allergic to the World

Posted on August 5, 2011 at 8:39pm 7 Comments

I had a thought today that I have been quite obsessed over my eating than ever before.  Why? Because every single meal is a struggle, what can I eat for protein? what kind of grain won't make me sick? What kind of starch won't cause cravings? What won't make me break out? What won't cause stomach pain? The list goes on.  I have so many food allergies and environmental allergies it could make your head spin.  It used to be that I didn't care what was on my plate, I ate, without guilt, without… Continue

Nightmares on SAD

Posted on August 4, 2011 at 9:55am 7 Comments

It's been a while since I last blogged and perhaps it's because I haven't been so 'raw' or at least I tend to start off that way during the day but as time moves on I end up resorting to SAD (really bad stuff).  Anyways, I've noticed for months now that I have been having 'negative' dreams every single night!!  Whether nightmares or just negative in content I can't seem to get it to stop.  What I do notice however, is that on the day I  have somehow manage to go nearly completely raw those bad… Continue

Moving Right Along.....

Posted on July 20, 2011 at 10:05am 3 Comments

Okay so, I decided to try the raw food thing again a few days ago with some cook foods added but not much.  I am being VERY careful NOT to include any sugars whatsoever.  What typically makes me fumble is either a slip up on SAD or worse, cravings or that I don't see a change in my body fast enough.  The last one is pretty much on my mine....okay so I don't see much change in my body, my skin is still tomato-ish now developing yellow blotches--what's that?! my stomach is bloated and still… Continue

Endometriosis and Fibroid tumors vs Living pain free!

Posted on July 17, 2011 at 11:53am 5 Comments

I am twenty nine years old and have suffered with painful periods since I was twelve.  For nearly twenty years so far, I have been getting severe pelvic pain and cramping.  Pain in the lower back, pain down the back of the legs, vomiting, nausea, severe mood swings, headaches, sharp pains. Things have gotten worse and worse through the years I have had to increase the dosage of pain medication more and  more to for it to even touch the pain. My body has even shifted from the vomiting every… Continue

Hey there Tiffany.  Yes, I completely understand the challenges faced with trying to keep healthy habits.  Although I've always strived to take good care of myself,  I've fallen off the healthy wagon many times.  I've tried many styles of eating over the years and nothing has ever felt quite right. I can honestly say that the more raw food I eat, the more raw food I crave (and the more unappealing cooked and 'junk' food is).   I'm still recovering from several years of health challenges and experiencing the Raw lifestyle just feels so right to me.  When I consistently eat a high-raw diet, I have found that each day I feel just that little bit better, just that little bit calmer, and just that little bit happier and the little annoyances in life don't seem to worry me as much....the transformation truly is amazing and is such a wonderful, rewarding journey.  I believe that if we follow what "feels" right,  everything falls into place when the time is right.

You are never stuck. Things can and do and always will change. It is hard to remember this in the darkest hours. But do not believe that you are stuck. Change is inevitable. Breakthroughs happen every day. Know that every little hope, every positive idea and every struggling step forward is a sure step on the path to a breakthrough. And don't forget that happy thoughts will help you fly! ~Jinjee

Click Here if you are ready for a BREAKTHROUGH!!

"All personal breakthroughs being with a change in beliefs.

So how do we change?

The most effective way is to get your brain to associate massive pain to the old belief. You must feel deep in your gut that not only has this belief cost you pain in the past, but it's costing you in the present &, ultimately, can only bring you pain in the future.

Then you must associate tremendous pleasure to the idea of adopting a new, empowering belief.”
