Hi wonderful raw foodies.
I'm getting confused about refrigeration.
For the past two years I've been a raw foodist, and I've been refrigerating greens and vegetables, juices and prepared items. But I see these pictures of people's refrigerators and I see fruit, nuts, nama shoyu and cacao powder in there. I haven't been refrigerating my nuts and seeds. I haven't been refrigerating dried stuff. I haven't been refrigerating my fruit.

I've been mostly raw for 1.3 years now, but had found it quite difficult sometimes. When I'd veer off the path I would get really upset with myself and although I knew better, and wanted to be loving and kind to myself, I would beat up on myself and chastise myself with unkind words, thoughts and feelings.
It is so easy for me to forgive others who are trying, then give in to addictions and then try again. So it's my turn to be easy with me.
