Any food ideas for me coming off my 7 day juice fast ?

Posted on October 14, 2012 at 6:49am 3 Comments

I am finishing my 7 day juice fast in the morning and was wondering what I should be eating.

How about a plain pumpkin soup? although not raw when could I have something…

Not sure if anyone responded to your coconut oil question.  I have oily skin and coconut oil didn't sink into my skin either.  Try almond oil.
