Any food ideas for me coming off my 7 day juice fast ?

I am finishing my 7 day juice fast in the morning and was wondering what I should be eating.

How about a plain pumpkin soup? although not raw when could I have something…

Not sure if anyone responded to your coconut oil question.  I have oily skin and coconut oil didn't sink into my skin either.  Try almond oil.

Hi Ten!

Thanks for posting on my wall!

EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

and chipotle is just smoked, dried jalapeno.. so you can use any "spicy" spice you like!

Let me know what you think.  It's even better after sitting overnight.
