"Because my link was deleted, despite being some random person's recipe blog, I'm pasting the recipe here.
Basil Tomato Pizza Crust
1 1/4 cups organic brown or golden flax seeds (I used brown)
2 apples (peeled and shredded/use…"
"Generally, it's assumed you start dry. Really, though, unless you're baking I don't see a big reason to follow measurements. Intuitive food prep is rather nice. I understand you want to watch the calories, though. Especially with…"
"Oh my gosh, what an incredibly helpful discussion!! This was so fascinating, all of the comments!! I feel like I should be paying someone for this, maybe I will just order through Penni's amazon or something :). Had NO idea about Dr. Fuhrman--I…"
"i would definitely steam them or cook the mushrooms lightly since you enjoy them that way. I saw a news story awhile back that mushrooms in the raw state have cancer promoting properties. I figured it was hype but maybe not. here…"
"Mushrooms are sooo amazing. <3 I'm not sure how many mushrooms are too much and I can't find a good gauging system online. :( I think I heard that cooking just makes what they offer more bio-available but it really does kill some of…"
"Yah, rotation and balancing those out with sprouts, different veggies, and non sweet fruits may be more ideal. Wow, I made a mushroom (raw) soup last night and I love mushrooms raw and on a daily basis, I'm going to limit them after this.…"
"Fully raw, most of the time. Sometimes I bake the sweet potatos and the beets are more often juiced or blended into an avocado-based dressing/sauce. The horse radish is usually sauced as well~
I used CM in the past - I'm not worried about the…"
You can use chronometer.com, or other online macro/micro food counter, to check your daily nutrition out.
Are you cooking the root vegetables or blending them raw?
I know it's hard to get the nutrients and calories by just chewing.
I agree with your statement that upping your greens would be a great addition for your current diet. Root vegetables are super grounding and usually pretty mineral rich, but creating variety and getting the colors of the rainbow is always…"
"I actually do use the cronometer. :3 I'm usually sitting below my RDA on some small things but far too much in things like B6 and vitamin C. I keep my calories around 1600 (100 above the point where starvation would typically kick in) which is…"
"Wow! Good for you! So inspirational! Congrats on your fitness and muscles! Perhaps you are getting all you need. Have you read Paul Risse and Penni Shelton's new ebook on intuitive eating? It might be interesting to keep track…"
About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
New raw vegan not accepted by 30bananasaday cult. .-. Looking to have some support and questions answered.
How did you hear about our community?
Looking for a raw vegan community on Google that wasn't food-nazi-like.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
Currently about 90% after 1 week - still consuming chocolate and I have some fish tempting me. ;.;
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Inspiration and just general support for the most part. I don't have family or friends interested in changing with me.

Fully agreed - I believe my consumption of chocolate and possibly fish is what got my application "booted" on 30bananas.
