"Generally, it's assumed you start dry. Really, though, unless you're baking I don't see a big reason to follow measurements. Intuitive food prep is rather nice. I understand you want to watch the calories, though. Especially with…"

New raw vegan not accepted by 30bananasaday cult. .-. Looking to have some support and questions answered.
How did you hear about our community?
Looking for a raw vegan community on Google that wasn't food-nazi-like.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
Currently about 90% after 1 week - still consuming chocolate and I have some fish tempting me. ;.;
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Inspiration and just general support for the most part. I don't have family or friends interested in changing with me.
RFR Oath: I acknowledge that everyone is at a different point along their health & wellness journey and I will respect the individual progress and needs of others as they make lifestyle choices and changes of their own. Fully agreed - I believe my consumption of chocolate and possibly fish is what got my application "booted" on 30bananas.
