I've been eating about 85% raw for a little over a week now and starting to get the hang of it. I felt hungry all the time the first couple of days, then bumped up my protein with nuts & seeds and it got better. I am now at the point where only a small portion of raw leafy greens and fruit satisfy me. Lots of blended & juiced whole food.
