Profile Information

About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
I'm in a transition mode to raw food. I'm about 60% raw right now and trying to go to 100% by summer. I've lost 20 pounds since February thanks to this new lifestyle, but need to gently drag my husband and son with me...so I still have to cook for now. I have been vegan for a decade & vegetarian for 20 years before that--so other than carrying too much weight due to bad food/lifestyle choices I have no serious health issues. But I do want to drop more weight and get super healthy! My mission is to do this and then spread the word! I am currently enrolled in IIN and hope to have a health coaching business set up within a year!

I Crave Salads!!

Although I am struggling to be 100% raw : ), one area I am really good with is salads!  I love them!  I actually crave them!  David Wolfe says to add one organic salad to your diet daily for roughage and enzymes, so I am good to go!!  If I go to a restaurant and their salad selection is lousy, I have to restrain…
