I am like many who struggle to lose the bad eating habits of the SAD diet. I need change or I will die. I covet the support of anybody I can get. I am also doing what I can to be a support to anybody who needs it.

That would be great! I would love to see you. Spring sounds perfect! If we plan ahead maybe I can take a day off and we can really enjoy ourselves. I don't have a whole lot of time to spend on the sight so I'm kinda overwhelmed right now...but I keep poking around. There is SO MUCH good information. I feel like I'm starting over with the raw eating. I do eat a ton of veggies and fruit every single day, but raw entrees are hard to come by in my house. :( so, I'm just starting with the green smoothies and work on that... I can gradually move more into it. My boss at work eats 99.9% raw and she's such an inspiration. Keep in touch!
