Happiness achieved.
All it took was locating real watermelons (with seeds) where I least expected to find them.
I've already bought a few things at a natural foods market I shop. I've really been wanting more watermelon, so I gave up and bought a seedless one, the only kind available. I'm making a 4-hour trip to ATL for HP weekend with friends. Any recommendations for travel food? I'm taking my blender. I'm making cauliflower popcorn. I'll also be looking on this site, but was wondering if any of you have ideas that have worked for you as being quick for travelling. Thankin' ye in advance, Most Radiant ReHabbers.

This is a busy week for me leading up to a weekend of travel and visiting and seeing Harry Potter with daughter and friend in Atlanta area. Eye doctor, new tires, oil change -- you name it. I'm sort of playing this week by ear with the food, keeping it simple mostly with easy standby foods like smoothies (green and other colors), a bowl of fruit and nuts (Melons are great right now.), quick salads and a jar of the tomato fennel soup I made that lasted a few days. What? Twice in my first week. Pizza.
We had an event after work today. My boss's wife, a very sweet person, thought particularly of me when she ordered the veggie thin crust pizza along with the other meaty ones. I had a slice, and I feel fine about it. I had a wonderful salad as well.
