100% since Jan. 2011. before that, 75-95% raw vegan for 3 years. vegetarian at 50-75% raw since 1970.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Moral support. No other raw food folks nearby. Fitness tips.
