What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
I am mostly raw vegan, after going to Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida for three weeks. I became vegan do to a health issue over a year ago and have enjoyed much more mental clarity, and energy. My health issue DCIS is not gone yet, but is showing signs of getting ready to exit from my body.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
All of the above. I also have a lot to share since I have done extensive research, practical work and have seen the results, I feel many would benefit from my participation on your forum.
