I tried to connect via email, but it wouldn't go through. You can learn a lot about me from my two websites below, but I'm not sure where you would like me to start with a conversation about myself.
I am open to chatting with…"
"Hi Kathleen: You know I was going to suggest it. It should be a sunny day and the warmer the better. I used to put a piece of clean screen like you have on a window over the top and put the nuts or whatever into a long casserole or something…"
"Kathleen, you could dry them on the lowest setting in your oven, which will not keep them raw, but will dry them. A dehydrator is important on a raw food diet. I have an Excaliber. Also a good blender (Vitamix) and a food processor."
"Thanks for getting back to me. I wish our town had an Organic Grocery Store but we don't. I looked at Walmart and they don't have a bulk section. They do have a hot sauce that has Chipotal in it. Maybe I'll get it one day but…"
"That's it. You can get it at a grocery store in the spice section. Chili powder already has some, but I just like more. If you can't find it use cayenne. It doesn't have the smokie taste, but will give it a kick."

What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
I am mostly raw vegan, after going to Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida for three weeks. I became vegan do to a health issue over a year ago and have enjoyed much more mental clarity, and energy. My health issue DCIS is not gone yet, but is showing signs of getting ready to exit from my body.
