"I have the tribest and recently took it with from OR to IL, making shakeology, or other smoothies with chia and hemp hearts. It's a great little blender, but certainly is NOT in the realm of my blendtec so smoothies need to come down a notch,…"
"Hi Rachel..... I will turn 60 later in the year, and I agree completely. I, too, wish I had made these lifestyle changes years ago - but we are here now, and I must stay focused on that! I need supplements also, but that's okay - it all works…"
"I would take an extra step and blend the spinach first then take a strainer and sepperate the fibers from the juice then add in the juice. I don't have this problem with my ninja brand blender. But I use this step when I want to add…"
"I have a Vitamix and if I use spinach I always get strings (or is it the mango???) I don't like it either, so I usually don't make them. I don't mind "chunky", but I don't like stringy- like little hairs in my smoothie!…"
"Good for you, Yesenia.... I am proud of you, and I can totally relate to the being tired and tired of it all and ready to begin.... your milk supply will be fine - in fact, probably better than ever - certainly improved, even - if that is possible,…"
"Yes, just put the desired amount in the bowl, add filtered water and let soak over nigh. Rinse in the morning and they are ready to use. To be honest I never bother dehydrating them, they just dry in an hour or two on my counter. Im in the UK though…"
"I was intimidated at first too. This is how easy it is...I pour clean water in a mixing bowl...then I pour my nuts in and I let them soak overnight. I drain it in the morning and throw them in the dehydrator....then I put them in the…"

Thanks for adding me as a friend, Sandy. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, ½ teaspoon vanilla if you like, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
