"I have a Vitamix and if I use spinach I always get strings (or is it the mango???) I don't like it either, so I usually don't make them. I don't mind "chunky", but I don't like stringy- like little hairs in my smoothie!…"

"Just soak them in a jar, once you drain them just put them into a colander and and rinse them inside that.  Use what you have.  The nut bag is for rinsing and draining and is smaller than the colander so you don't need…"

Thanks for adding me as a friend, Sandy. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, ½ teaspoon vanilla if you like, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
