Today is day 1 and Ash Wednesday as well. I have been doing really well with my workouts and also my diet. However now I plan to step it up a bit on the diet and go low carb with no fruit, lots and lots of greens and a good protein source.
Love my plantfusion pea protein.
I am including eggs and fish though. I know some don't but for me it is best.
Definately eating high raw and feeling great!
