Every week I seem to have a few greens that wilt before I can use them up...I have found a solution...pop them in the dehydrator...then into the blender. Next smoothie add the powder you made! Waste not want not! I am saving $ and living healthy!

I have been battling weight issues my whole life...even in the Army. Now I am at 250...highest ever...and I say enough! You have helped others so why not me too! I have been juicing along just fine, feeling good and waiting for Spring and much warmer. Finding that I am not mechanically inclinded when it comes to vehicles.

I had a grand opportunity to find a good mechanic that diagnosed the problem right away and repair it the same day...in turn I shared my bag of fruits and veggies and some green juice I had with me while I was waiting. I stopped this evening to pick up produce for my next few days of juice...ahead of me was a little boy and his mom. The little boy check out the veggies I had up on the counter and turned to his mom and asked..."how come we never buy veggies?" I just said to mom...~RAW FOOD REHAB.COM~ I think it was the 25 lbs of carrots that sold him! Funny how things work. The other day I went to the bed bath & beyond...was just looking to see what the had for juicers. They had 3 spinners as I call them...but no chewers.

In return I said...if it is the protein you are worried about...I get plenty from the veggies. Then it was said...that plant protein is far harder to digest! I just love it!
